Mountainigloo-village at the "Bergstation" Speikboden, Drittelsand, Sand in Taufers/Campo Tures. Last ascent with the cable car at 16:00 p.m.

The romantic night in an igloo is a truly adventurous experience. Near Sand in Taufers/Campo Tures (the main town in the Ahrntal) you take the lift to Speikboden. At the Igloo village a welcome drink awaits you. A professional igloo guide will lead you to your igloo.

The visit of the mountain sauna and a warm bath in the South Tyrolean "Holzzuber" (wodden tube) are pleasant and refreshing for your body and mind. In the evening you may visit the igloo restaurant. There will be a multi-course evening menu with local specialties.

At the next day a rich breakfast awaits you in the "Bergrestaurant" (restaurant at the mountain station). For the hot night in the ice you will naturally get a cuddly soft down sleeping bag with Hygiene-Inlay. The igloos are fully equipped with sheep wool blankets, furs and lanterns.

Una bella esperienza. Personalmente da non ripetere - sono un comodone e per quel prezzo preferisco essere servito e riverito in un 5 stelle. Sono venuto con moglie e figlie che erano contentissime. Ma questa è un’esperienza bella e alternativa. Fa freddo, ma questo è ovvio. Il personale è simpatico ed accomodante.

Die Übernachtung im Iglu war echt ein cooles Erlebnis! Das Programm rund herum war tip top organsiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Ein Erlebnis war auch die Sauna und der warme Pool unter klarem Sternenhimmel. Danke für alles!

Tutto organizzato benissimo e tutto molto curato. Molto bella e panoramica anche la ciaspolata del pomeriggio. Magari si potrebbe accorciare un pochino la durata della cena prevista nel ristorante di ghiaccio. Il ristorante è molto bello e suggestivo ma dopo un pò , sedutu e fermi, il freddo si sente . Nell attesa ć è comunque la possibilità di stare vicino a un bel braciere sotto le stelle .
Per mia figlia di 8 anni e per mio figlio di 16 anni è stata un avventura di cui hanno parlato per giorni con grande entusiasmo.
